Scarce Lionel Std Gauge Set #349E 9E 428 429 430 Orange

Here is a neat set of Lionel prewar Standard Gauge Trains that you won't see very often. This is Set No. 349E from 1929-30. It features an orange No. 9E Electric "Bild-A-Loco" Locomotive pulling a No. 429 Combine orange with Stephen Girard green, the No. 428 Pullman, and the No. 430 Observation, in the same colors. This is a large set with the engine measuring 14-1/2" and the cars approx. 18". I don't know much of its history, but I will detail what I see. The engine appears to have all it original parts, except the wheels which I believe are replacements. The cab is the original orange paint, but has been touched up throughout. Wheels turn freely, however, I was not able to test run the engine. All the passenger cars have their original parts and finish, but have been touched up with orange paint. On one side of the No. 429 the stamps have been redone. The others on all cars are the original. All three have their original paper label on the bottoms. The 428 and 429 are missing one coupler. I tried to photograph the set as best as possible. Please check all the pictures, and ask any questions.
