American Flyer Prewar WG, 4080, 4081, 4082 and 4083 Passengers

Here is a nice set of early American Flyer Prewar Standard Gauge Passenger Cars. These are the large cars for the American Legion Ltd. Set. This set of cars includes the No. 4080 Baggage Car, the No. 4081 "Washington" Pullman Car, the No. 4083 Dining Car, and the No. 4082 "Valley Forge" Observation Car. These cars are large, each measuring approx. 18-1/2" long. These are in very good condition - as seen in the pictures. A few notes: all the roofs have been repainted. The trucks and wheels look clean. The Dining car is a real unique car - the sides have been re-lithographed by a professional restoration company (imagine what that cost!). I have not seen that done before. The lithograph on the other cars is original and looks to be in very nice overall condition. This is a set to run.
