Lionel Set 2140WS No. 671 Locomotive, 2671W, 2400 ++

Tonight I'm selling a neat passenger set of postwar Lionel trains. This is set No. 2140WS from 1948. This auction includes a very nice Lionel No. 671 locomotive and its No. 2671W tender. The set also includes (3) illuminated passenger cars - the No. 2400 Maplewood, the No. 2402 Chatham, and a No. 2401 Hillside observation car.

This set overall looks to be in very good condition. I think the photographs tell the story. The Loco is all original and it runs, however, it is missing its pick-up assembly, which can be easily replaced. The tender is the 12-wheel 2671W. It is in nice condition. Whistle works. It does have a hairlinf on the front of the shell, which it not very noticable. The passenger cars are all in nice shape, as you can see in the photographs. No breaks or cracks. The 2400 has some chips in the paint. 've included many photos for you to see everything - and please ask questions. One for the collection! Buyer pays shipping.
