Rare Lionel Set GM 238, 2265W, 2600, 2601, 2602 Pass

Here is a beautiful Lionel prewar "O" gauge train set. This is the Set No. 186W from 1938, which features the the gun metal gray No. 238 Pennsylvania streamlined locomotive with its No. 2265W whistle tender. It is pulling the red on red No. 2600 series passenger cars - the No. 2600 Pullman, the No. 2602 Baggage car, and the No. 2601 Observation. Overall, the set is in excellent condition - as seen in the pictures. The engine runs well in both forward and reverse. It does have some paint missing on the roof in one area that looks like the enamel came off (see pictures). The tender is marked 2265W, but it did not come with a whistle. The cars are really clean with just minor scratches. The roofs are very nice. No oxidation on trucks or couplers. A nice overall set of prewar O gauge Lionel trains.
