They look as if they were display pieces, showing very little runtime and only some surface dust on the engine. Train needs lubrication to run. Whistle tender works. Engine box includes its insert and Lionel paper. Has some wear as pictured. The rare two city No. 2426W Tender Box has all its flaps and its insert. One end has some old tape on it.
