RARE Shimer Cast Iron Horse Drawn Ice Wagon

This evening I am offering a set of rare Shimer Horse Drawn Farm/Work related antique toys (see bottom picture for the two - this auction is for one item only). This auction is for a Shimer cast iron horse drawn Ice Wagon. This measures a large 16" long. Pulled by two sturdy looking horses. It is in nice shape, with some paint missing throughout. Driver is an original cast iron figure, but incorrect for this toy. Pin to the horse team has been modified to level wagon. Missing one of the small back wheels on the horses. Small circle on the back of the wagon has a gap in it (see pics). Bottom picture shows the piece from the Shimer catalog for identification. Don't miss this outstanding piece.
