Rare Lionel Prewar No. 2623 Manhattan Pullman Car #2Tonight I'm offering a series of prewar "O" gauge Lionel Heavyweight "Madison" style Passenger train cars (see the bottom picture for the group - this auction is for one item only). This is another No. 2623 Illuminated Passenger or Pullman car called the "Manhattan". This car was made in 1941-42. It measures 14' long not including its couplers - which are the simulated knuckle box couplers. This car is excellent condition - as seen in the pictures. Hardly a scratch. The car has one broken step. I've included the step, but it is missing a sliver little to match up perfectly. Also, one vestibules looks a little lighter in color. Not sure if that is correct, or if at some point it was replaced (?). Car lights up fine! A nice one! Please ask any questions. Don't miss these rare passenger cars. Buyer pays shipping.
