Lionel Prewar # 226E Steam Locomotive w/ 2226W TenderTonight I'm offering a great set of late prewar Lionel "O" gauge trains from freight Set No. 191W (see bottom picture from the group - this auction is for the engine and tender only). Here is one of my favorite Lionel Steam Locomotives - a very nice prewar Lionel "O" Gauge 2-8-4 No. 226E steam locomotive, with its matching No. 2226W Whistle Tender. Engine measures 10-3/4" long not including the couplers. The engine and tender are in excellent condition - as seen in the pictures. The engine lights up and runs in forward and reverse. Whistle works on the tender. Both would grade high in appearance. These are a beautiful pair - not to be missed.
