Rare Shepard Jonah & Whale Cast Iron Mechanical Bank

Here is a great mechanical bank - one of my favorites. It is called "Jonah and the Whale", made by Shepard Hardware, Pat date is 1890. Place a coin on Jonah's head and press the lever - the man moves forward throwing the coin into the whales open mouth. Size is 10-1/4" long. This bank is in very good condition. All original. Paint is in nice condition - as seen in the pictures. No cracks, breaks or repairs. There is some paint chipping on the back of the whale. Boat is in real nice shape. Mechanism works perfectly. Don't miss this one.
