Lionel Postwar 2353 Santa Fe F3 Diesels AA Units +BOXES

Here is a very nice pair of Lionel No. 2353 F-3 Santa Fe AA units and their original BOXES. The engines were made by Lionel made from 1953-1955. Size of the engines are 13" not including its couplers. The power A unit contains dual motors with Magnetraction and a three-position E-unit. The non-powered A unit contains a functional horn. Condition is excellent - as seen in the pictures. A couple minor marks in the red around the bottom fronts keep these from grading higher. The powered unit has a speck of green paint on the back of the top - should be able to come off. Someone scrolled in their name on the bottom. Silver looks real nice. Red bright and shinny. Engine hummed, and lights up but will need cleaning and a lube to run. The units have all their porthole windows. Clean battery compartment. The Powered Unit Box is in excellent condition with its interior lining. One end still sealed. The non-powered Box is missing flaps, and the lining is frayed.
