Lionel No. 763E Hudson Steam Locomotive w/ 2226W Tender

Here is wonderful late prewar Lionel Hudson from 1941-42. It includes the great Hudson black semi-scale No. 763E Steam Locomotive with its No. 2226W whistle tender with simulated knuckle coupler. These are in excellent condition - as seen in all the pictures below. The engine cosmetically looks great. The engine did run in forward and reverse when put on a small piece of test track. The frame looks nice and straight. Cab roof is nice with no bends. The tender also looks to be in excellent condition. The whistle works, but makes a loud noise typical of these early tenders. Shows some minor oxidation underneath. I believe the pictures speak for themselves, and please ask any questions. Buy with confidence - this is a nice set. Thanks.
