Lionel Early Postwar 224 Engine & 2466W Blackened Rails

Here is the Lionel "O" gauge No. 224 2-6-2 Steam Engine, with its matching No. 2466W Tender made in 1945. Early postwar with blacken handrails, and extended drawbar. Tender also has the blackened rails and the hole in the bottom of the frame for the drawbar. However, this tender has the later coil trucks and couplers. The set shows some wear as pictured. The tender has a small section chipped on the top left of the coal pile, and also a small hairline crack on the front (see pics). The engine ran in both forward and reverse. Whistle worked. I believe the pictures speak for themselves, however, if you have any questions let me know. Thanks.

Price: $175 SORRY! SOLD!
