Wonderful Lionel No. 2521WS N&W 746 Set LN/OB

Here is a set of postwar Lionel O gauge Trains that you will not see very often - especially in this kind of condition. This is Set No. 2521WS - a Super O Freight Set that Lionel made in 1958. This Set includes the No. 746 N&W J Class Steam Engine with Headlight, Smoke and Magnetraction, the No. 746WX long stripe Norfolk and Western tender with whistle, with No. 3361X operating lumber car with logs, a No. 6424 automobile flat car with original autos in cardboard sleeve, the No. 6430 trailer flatcar with white Cooper-Jarrett vans, a No. 6805 Atomic Energy disposal car, and to complete the freights an outstanding No. 6557 illuminated smoke caboose.

Trains look unbelievably clean, most are unrun, or if run, just put on a test track. This is a super high grade set. I took close-ups of all the cars and their wheels so you can see for yourselves. Car boxes are also in excellent plus condition. The 6557 is missing an inner coupler protection flap, and 6805 has torn end flap fold. Loco box has a full sheet of wrapping paper but is has some tears, C9 area. Set box has some old marker writing, but is nice and firm. Corral looks unused C8-9, bright white. Insulated straight section, three straight sections, and five curved sections in wire clip, of Super O track, looks unused. 1958 consumer catalog, Form 926-57 instructions book; 746-71 10-57, 3361-29 6-58, 6805-22 8-58, 6557-18 8-58 - instructions sheets, complete 3356-79 components envelope, and a mostly full No. 909 Lionel Smoke Fluid bottle included.
