Rare Lionel OO Gauge Freight Set 0090W w/ 003 2-Rail Scale Hudson 003W 0044 0045Here is a wonderful set of Lionel OO Gauge prewar Trains. The 2-Rail No. 0090W Freight Set. The set includes an extremely nice Lionel "OO" gauge 4-6-4 Hudson No. 003 Steam Locomotive with its No. 003W New York Central whistle tender. The engine pulls (4) Freights - a No. 0044 Pennsylvania Boxcar, a No. 0045 SHELL Tank Car, a No. 0046 Southern Pacific Lines Hopper Car, and the No. 0047 Caboose. All have their individual Boxes. Condition of the trains is outstanding as you can see in all the pictures (see below and click on the link above to view ALL the pictures before bidding). I only see two small issues. On one end of both the Boxcar and the Tank car someone filed off one coupler rail guides on the frame (although it is hard to see, I've included a couple of pictures). Otherwise, the trains are almost like new. The engine and tender worked when hot wire tested. The Boxes have some tape and a few missing flaps. The engine and tender boxes have linings. This is a set not to be missed. Although I am offering this nice set without a reserve, if there are few bids going into the last 12 hours I reserve the right to delist and will sell the items separately.
