High Grade Lionel Prewar # 763E Steam Hudson Loco w/ 2263W Tender + BOXESHere is a beautiful all original Lionel No. 763E NYC Gun-metal Gray Hudson Steam Locomotive with its No. 2263W Whistle Tender. Comes with its original BOXES. Cataloged in 1937/38. One look at the Engine and you can see just how great this piece is - nice and straight castings with no breaks or cracks, high gloss original paint finish, wonderful strong graphics. The only issue to point out is a small scratch around the whistle from it moving at some point (does not move currently). Otherwise, I would grade this like new. Runs in forward and reverse. The tender is just a notch below the engine in condition. Has some wear and a couple of scratches. Whistle works. Boxes are included and in very good condition.
