Lionel Union Pacific City of Denver Set 299W w/ 636W, 637 637 638 SET BOXHere I'm offering a wonderful prewar Lionel "City of Denver" Union Pacific train set - No. 299W from 1936. It consists of the 636W engine, with (2) No. 637 Coaches - and the No. 638 observation with all (3) vestibules. Comes with all individual boxes and the rare SET BOX. Train is in excellent overall condition as seen in the many pictures I have listed here and through the link below. Some minor paint chipping. Engine ran when tested - whistle worked but makes a lot of noise. One wheel needs to be replaced. Cars are very nice as pictured. Vestibules have their typical wear. Engine box is still sealed on one end. The other end is missing one flap. Car boxes have all end flaps but are missing some of the interior flaps. The SET BOX shows some wear, but is all there. Sealed on the top (box was opened from the bottom). This is a nice set - and one you won't find very often. Don't miss this opportunity. Thanks.
