Lionel Prewar No. 263E Engine w/ 263W Tender Gun Metal Gray NO RESERVE (DP)

Here is a nice looking Lionel Steam Engine from late 1930s. Getting harder to find these in original condition. This is the gun-metal grey No. 263E 2-4-2 Steam engine with its No. 263W whistle tender. The condition is very clear from all the pictures (make sure you click the link above to view all of the pictures before bidding - and if something is not clear email me). Has some paint nicks on the sides and cab roof. All stantions are intact. When I put the engine on a test track it lights up in the front and underneath. At first the engine just hummed and did not move. Then when you move the e-uint lever it ran quickly in reverse. For some reason I couldn't get it to run in forward. Should be a simple fix. Tender is generally in similar overall condition. Does have a couple of areas on both sides and on the front side area that show wear as pictured. Tender whistle works.
