Lionel # 2511W Super O Pennsylvania Electric Work Train Set w/2352

Here is a wonderful Lionel Super "O" Train Set from 1958. Set No. 2511W - the Five-Car Electric Work Train featuring the No. 2352 Pennsylvania EP-5 Engine. The engine pulls an orange No. 3562-75 operating Barrel Car, a No. 3424 Operating Brakeman Boxcar, a No. 6560-25 Crane, a No. 3361 operating Lumber Car, and a No. 6119-25 work Caboose. Includes all individual Boxes with some rare inserts, some peripherals, a few sections of track and the rare Set Box. All that is pictured in the many photos below. A fairly hard set to find in this kind of outstanding condition.

The trains themselves show little run time. They are very clean, and have little wear. The #2352 Pennsylvania Electric Engine has magnetraction and horn. This one is the scarce and collectible variation on a yellow body mold. Has NO cracks on either end - which is rare in itself. Has just one rub that you can see in the pictures. The Box for the engine is brick. Runs well. All the freights are like new. They are clean and bright with little wear. Now the set came with this 6119-25 orange Caboose, however, in my research it is listed with the 6119-100 red and gray Caboose. Could have been replaced, or from the factory this way(?). All the Boxes are also in very nice shape. Two mentions - the 3361 has one coupler flap that is torn, and the 6119-25 Box has skinning on one side. The Set Box has some wear, a few places of skinning and some minor tears to the flap corners. Overall, it is in nice shape as pictured.
