Lionel Boxed # 1534W Passenger Set w/ 2328 2432 34 36 +

This is the very nice Lionel No. 1534W "O27" gauge Passenger Set that Lionel made in 1955. This fairly hard to find set includes the No. 2328 Burlington GP Diesel with the scarce over-stamped No. 2338 orange Box, one of only a few that I have ever seen. The Engine pulls the illuminated red-lettered Passenger Cars - the No. 2432 Clifton Vista Dome, the No. 2434 Newark Pullman and the No. 2436 Summit Observation Car. The set includes all the individual Boxes, the No. 1033 Transformer and BOX. It also includes the Set Box. All that is pictured below. Overall this set is in excellent to like new condition. Some notes: The 2328 engine runs like a champ. It has some wear to the roof domes. But it is bright and shinny, few small rub marks. A nice example of this engine. The rare 2328 box has a crease on one side, but all flaps. Sturdy for this box. The Passenger Cars are all in very nice condition. A few marks on the roofs and sides. But soild condition. All light up. Wheels show little run time. The (3) Passenger Car BOXES are in great shape with all flaps. A nice matched set. The set box has some staining, but is all there in good condition.
