Original J. E. Stevens "Cabin" Cast Iron Mechanical Bank NO RESERVE (DAKOTApaul)

Here is a very nice all original cast iron "Cabin" mechanical bank. This bank was made by J. & E. Stevens Co., patented 6/2/1885.  A coin is placed on the roof, handle is moved and the man flips up and kicks the coin into the slot. Paint is in excellent condition - as seen in the pictures (please click the link above to view ALL the photographs before bidding). Has a small hairline on the roof from one of the rivets. Otherwise, no breaks or cracks. Measures 3-3/4" high and 4-1/2" long. Mechanism works well! A nice one for your collections. Don't miss.
