Lionel Postwar 2353 Santa Fe F3 Diesels AA Units +BOXES NO RESERVE (DAKOTApaul)

Here is a very nice pair of Lionel No. 2353 F-3 Santa Fe AA units and there original BOXES. The engines were made by Lionel made from 1953-1955. Size of the engines are 13" not including its couplers. The power A unit contains dual motors with Magnetraction and a three-position E-unit. The non-powered A unit contains a functional horn. Condition is very good to excellent - as seen in the pictures below (please click the link above to view ALL the pictures before bidding). A couple minor marks keep these from grading higher. The powered unit has a couple small marks in the silver roof. Red and silver bright and shinny. Engine lights up and ran real well. The non-powered unit is in better condition. A few small marks in the silver of the roof and a few spots on the red. Clean battery compartment. The units have all their porthole windows. The Powered Unit Box is in very good condition with its interior lining - which looks a little tattered. The Non-powered Box in missing an end flap, and a few interior flaps.
