Lionel 262E 2-4-2 Steam Locomotive and 262T Tender NO RESERVE (DAKOTApaul)

Tonight I'm selling a great group of prewar trains including some 613 Series passenger cars from Set No. 144E  (see bottom picture for the set - this auction is for the engine and tender only). Here is a great looking Lionel 262E Locomotive and its tender. The locomotive is in extremely nice original condition. Nice original black paint with copper trim and brass fittings. Complete unbroken cow catcher. One flag is original the other is a replacement. When put on a piece of test track the engines lights up and hums but did not run. The tender is also excellent condition with clean trucks. I believe this was repainted, however, I cannot be sure. Don't miss this nice looking set. Thanks.
