Lionel No. 912 Suburban plot with House + BOX - Nice!

Here is an extremely nice all original Lionel prewar No. 912 Suburban Home on Plot that Lionel made circa 1930. Comes with its original BOX. The plot measures approx. 8-1/2" x 16". Labeled on the bottom as pictured below. In fantastic condition. The House is almost like new with just a couple minor paint nicks. Plot is also very nice. House has its original screws and is currently detached for transportation. Box is complete with all flaps. Will be hard to find one much nicer. Don't miss. Thanks.
