Lionel Set #1586 735 w/ Santa Fe 204 Alco Diesels & (2) 2432 2436 (DAKOTApaul)

Here is a great looking Lionel O27 Train Set from 1957 - this is Set No. 1586 (or 735) which features the No. 204P and No. 204T Santa Fe Alco AA Unit Diesels. These pull the (3) red-lettered illuminated silver cars - (2) 2432 Clifton Vista Domes, and a No. 2436 Mooseheart Observation. Inluded all individual boxes as well as the Set Box. I have posted quite a few pictures for you you see the outstanding condition of this set (see below). A few condition notes: Both of the diesel engines are in really nice condition however, the front of the powered unit has a break in the shell (see pics). No other breaks or cracks. Both do have the typical cracks in the decal from age. Both have very little run time on the wheels. Engines runs in forward and reverse. The passenger cars in similar condition, but one of the vista domes has some marks on the roof around one of the domes keeping that car from grading higher. Silver is bright and shinny. All light up. The boxes on the Engines and Cars are almost like new. Nice and firm. Bright colors on the blue and orange boxes. Two missing coupler flaps and a small tear on one box. The set box has seen better days. Some stains and the box is full of small poked holes. A neat set, so don't miss. Thanks. Offering in AUCTION format (support the auction format!) with NO RESERVE.
