Super Lionel Freight Set # 299 w/ 251 Engine, 812 813 814 Set Box

Here is a really nice freight set of prewar Lionel "O" gauge trains from 1930 - This is Set No. 299. It includes the No. 251 0-4-0 red Engine, pulling the following tinplate freights - a No. 812 dark green Gondola - a No. 813 Cattle Car - a No. 814 Automobile Furniture Box Car - and a No. 817 Caboose. These are in fantastic original condition as seen in all the pictures below. Comes with the individual boxes a No. 68 railroad crossing sign, and the rare Set Box. Also, has a reproduction 1930s catalog for you to see this set and the other trains sold that year. Also, some track clips and boxes. A great looking set no doubt. The Engine ran well when tested. Beautiful original paint - the engine looks very clean. As do all the freights. Some minor scratches and paint nicks. The individual boxes are missing some flaps the gondola box is in poor shape.
