Lionel Postwar 2353 Santa Fe F3 Diesels AA Units + BOXES NO RESERVE (DAKOTApaul)

Here is a nice pair of Lionel <B>No. 2353</B> F-3 Santa Fe AA units made from 1953-1955. Size is 13" not including its couplers. The power A unit contains dual motors with Magnetraction and a three-position E-unit. The non-powered A unit contains a functional horn, which has not been tested. Condition is very good as seen in all the pictures below (please click the link above to view ALL the photographs before bidding). This is a nice looking pair as you can tell by looking at the front decals. However, they will need a good lube and cleaning before they will run. The powered unit has some marks in the silver on the roof. The units have some paint nicks in the red. Also, there is some paint thinning on one side of the dummy unit along the bottom. Both have their original porthole windows. Corrosion free battery compartment. Includes two power unit boxes. One has a torn insert, and has one flap missing.
