Lionel Prewar Set No. 97E w/ 251, 605, 605, 606 Passengers SET BOXHere is the Lionel "O" gauge prewar set - No. 97E from the 1920s. It includes the gray No. 251 electric loco with (2) No. 605 Lionel Lines Pullmans, and a No. 606 Lionel Lines Observation. Comes with some individual boxes and a very nice Set Box. I've taken many pictures for you to see the very good condition of this early set. The Engine overall looks nice with some paint missing here and there. Has brass plates and trim with black letters. Appears all original, and will benefit from a good cleaning. When put on a test track the engine did light up, but it did not run. wheel do turn freely. The passenger cars are also all very nice - and as pictured. Paper labels on the bottom. Some wear and a couple of dings on the roofs. The individual boxes are missing flaps. Nice Engine box. The set box is the best part of the set. Nice and sturdy with no tears or repairs. Please ask any questions - this is a nice set! Price: $599 SORRY! SOLD!
