Lionel No. 238E PENNSYLVANIA Streamliner Locomotive w/ 265W Tender O/BHere is a really nice Lionel 238E Pennsylvania Locomotive with its No. 265W Tender in stain black. Comes with some original BOXES. The trains look almost factory new. And they show very little run time. When put on a test track the engine did run in forward and reverse. Whistle worked on the tender. Engine is missing a PENNSYLVANIA plate. Tender box is missing an interior flap and has a very small tears.
