High Grade Lionel 1947 No. 2121WS Boxed 675 Set 2555 2452X 2457Here is a sweet little Lionel early postwar "O" gauge set. From 1947 this is Lionel Set No. 2121WS. The set has the tough chrome stack No. 675 Engine with heat stamped boiler front, 2466WX whistle tender, 2452X gondola, 2555 tank car, and a 2457 caboose. Comes with all the Individual Boxes - all with Inserts - some paperwork, 8 pieces of curved track and 3 straights, an RSC, No. 167 Whistle Controller and the Set Box. Condition is outstanding as you can see from all the pictures below. A couple condition notes: the engine and tender worked when tested. Patina on the engine and tender is real nice showing very little use. Comes with a bottle of smoke pellets. The 2555 tank car is bright and shinny. Nice decals, but one has a small chip from it. The 2542x comes with its original barrels. Great little box with insert. The Caboose looks real nice but is missing its window inserts one side. The RCS has brittle wires, box is missing a tuck flap. Most of the boxes are in great shape. The engine box has "1947" printed on one side. Has some tape on it and the one side corner has been reinforced. The Set Box also has some tape reinforcement and some writing as pictured, but nice and sturdy. A hard to find 1947 Set - don't miss. Thanks. Price: $1275 SORRY! SOLD!
