Rare Distler Tippco Early German Tin Wind Up Airplane (DAKOTApaul)

Here is a toy you will not see very often. This is a prewar circa. 1930s German Lithographed Airplane. Either Tippco or Distler. Has a large 16-1/4" wing span. Colorful yellow and blue fuselage and striped wings. Electric lights on the tips of each wing. Clockwork driven. Overall this is in excellent condition. Not sure how the clockwork works, as the propeller gears are not in sync with the spring. Wind-up gears are fine, spring doesn't coil. A really nice toy. Offering with a SMALL RESERVE.
