Lionel Std. Gauge BLUE COMET No. 390E Steam Engine & 390T Tender

Here is a Lionel BLUE COMET standard gauge No. 390E steam engine with its matching No. 390T Tender. Original BILD-A-LOCO Motor. A hard engine to find. This was the first engine Lionel made for the BLUE COMET set. Offered with the 420, 21, 22 passenger cars in 1930 only. This is for the engine and tender seen in the pictures below. Condition is excellent for this Engine and tender. Original paint and only the typical minor bend to the original frame. Stripes on side are original. Was put on a test track and the engine runs in forward and reverse. The front bulb is out. Driver wheels have been replaced. The 390T Tender also looks as nice. A couple areas of paint wear, but overall a real nice tender. You will be hard pressed to find much nicer. A great looking piece. Thanks.
