Super Lionel # 2265WS Set w/736 Berkshire 6430 6517 ++

Here's an extremely nice Lionel "O" gauge postwar train set from 1956 - Lionel Set No. 2265WS. Set includes a No. 736 Berkshire Steam Locomotive with headlight, smoke, and magnatraction, with its 2046W "Lionel Lines" whistle tender. These pull the following freights - a No. 6430 flatcar with original Cooper Jarrett vans, a No. 3620 searchlight car with bold san-serif stamp, the No. 3424 Wabash operating boxcar, a No. 6467 Miscelleanous car with no load, and a top of the line No. 6517 bay window caboose. Comes with all individual boxes, some paper work, and the Set Box. Overall, this set grades very high. The trains are in like new condition - as seen in the pictures. The engine is very clean close to being mint, still has its like new patina. The Tender is also really nice. The freights themselves all show very little run time on the wheels. The set box is in excellent condition for its age with some minor wear on the corners. The individual boxes have all their flaps and are in nice brick-like condition, except the tender box which is worn. All the boxes have some pencil writing. Most say "Top" on one side. Includes the paperwork pictured. This is one not to be missed. Thanks.
