Lionel No. 2234W Santa Fe F-3 Passenger Set OBS 2353 ++

Here is a fantastic Lionel Postwar "O" gauge Train Set - the No. 2234W Santa Fe Passenger Set that Lionel made in 1954. This Set includes the No. 2353 Santa Fe F-3 AA Diesels with Dual Motors, Magnetraction and Horn, the No. 2530 Small Door Baggage Car, the No. 2533 Silver Cloud Pullman, the No. 2532 Silver Range Vista Dome, and the No. 2531 Silver Dawn Observation Car. Individual boxes, and the Set Box.

Overall, the set is in excellent condition - as detailed in the many photographs below. The engines are really nice for 2353s. Nice bright silver. A couple of minor marks on the back of the roofs from rubs, and a few little paint nicks in the red keep these from grading higher. Some minor wear to front decals, but overall very nice. Engine runs in forward and reverse, the horn has not been tested. Battery compartment clean. The passenger cars are also in excellent condition. All with glued down name plates. One "Silver Range" plate is missing on the 2532. The bottoms are clean - all light up properly. All show little run time. All boxes have their interior linings. The Powered Unit box is brick. The T box shows wear, missing two interior flaps, some staining, some repairs and small tears. The passenger boxes are mostly in very good order. All have had flaps either repaired or reinforced with tape. The 2530 has a repair on one side near the flap. Set box is shows great color. A nice sturdy box, in very good shape. Some minor repaired tears. A set anyone would love to own - so don't miss. Please ask any questions. Thanks.
