Nice! Lionel Prewar # 260E Engine & 260T Tender +BOXHere is a very nice Lionel Steam Engine and Tender made in 1933-35. Includes the original Engine and Tender Boxes. This is the black with green frame, No. 260E 2-4-2 Steam engine with its No. 260T eight wheel tender. Engine looks to be in excellent condition - as seen in all the pictures. Original paint with only minor wear. Put on a test track and it lights-up front and underneath - ran in both forward and reverse. E-unit is a little sticky. Both pick-up rollers intact. Original lens on the pilot. E-unit switch underneath. The tender also looks great - nice clean trucks and couplers. Has some typical minor rubs in the paint where it attaches to the engine. Both Boxes are very nice originals. The Engine box has some stains, and is missing some of its Lionel tape. Has its original Insert. Tender box is a very nice original box. Overall, this is a nice set. One for the collection. Price: $479 SORRY! SOLD!
