Lionel Set # 2241WS w/646 Hudson 2046W 3359 6446 3620 + SET BOX

Here's a nice Lionel "O" gauge postwar train set from 1955 - Lionel Set No. 2241WS. Set includes a No. 646 4-6-4 Hudson Steam Locomotive with headlight, smoke, and magnatraction, with its 2046W "Lionel Lines" whistle tender. These pull the following freights - a 3359 operating Twin Dump Car, a black No. 6446-25 Norfolk & Western Covered Hopper Car, a No. 3620 Searchlight Car, and a No. 6417 Pennsylvania porthole caboose. Comes with a 646 Engine Box, a 2046 sleeve, a 3620 Box, a 6417 Box. Also, it has the Set Box. All that is pictured.

The Engine is very good, and ran when tested. Some paint wear to the high areas as pictured. The Tender has a hairline crack on the back, coming from the screw hole. The Tender whistled nicely when tested. The freights all look to be in very nice original condition. I don't see any breaks or cracks. The Engine box is very nice with stamped "646" on the ends. Marked "5" for 1955. The tender box is a torn sleeve. The 3620 box is missing an end flap. The 6417 box has some tape as reinforcement on one flap and is missing an interior flap. The Set Box has some tape on one corner, and has some writing on an end. Please look at all the pictures carefully, and ask any questions. Don't miss. Thanks.
