Lionel Rio Grande Freight Set No. 2291W w/ 2379 3530 3444 OB Set BOXHere is an extremely nice original set of Lionel Super "O" Postwar trains made in 1957. Rio Grande Set No. 2291W. The set consists of the No. 2379 Rio Grande F3 powered A-unit, the No. 2379C Rio Grande F3 non-powered B-unit, the No. 3444 Erie animated gondola, the No. 3530 EMD generator car, the No. 3562-75 orange Santa Fe barrel car, the No. 6464-525 Minneapolis & St. Louis boxcar, and the No. 6657 Rio Grande Caboose. Comes with the outstanding individual boxes, Lionel Paper, paperwork, accessories, catalog, and Set Box. All that is pictured below. This set is in like new condition with very little run time on the trains. As I mentioned the quality of the boxes detail the amazing condition of this set. Engine runs in forward and reverse. The A Unit shows some decal wear along the bottom sides as pictured. Roofs have that nice shinny bright silver. Battery box nice and clean. The "B" Unit is near mint. Little runtime. All the freights are like new. Boxes also as nice. The Set box was opened with a razor along the top, but otherwise in nice shape.
