Scarce Lionel No. 2817 High Box Coupler Blackened Journals CabooseI have never seen this version of the 2817 Red Caboose. This one is red over red, nickel plates, and has the high simulated knuckle couplers and blackened journals 1939-41. Comes with its BOX. The condition is very good as pictured. Wear on the paint and some oxidation particularly on one truck, and window frames. Box is missing some interior flaps and coupler flaps are torn.
