Rare Wilkins Cast Iron Horse Drawn Farm Dray Cart Wagon

This is a great looking toy. Not often seen. This was manufactured by Wilkins Toy Co., Keene, New Hampshire, USA. This is their Farm Dray Wagon or Cart, being pulled by two wonderful looking large Wilkins drafting horses. Wilkins' toys have such great craftsmanship, and this particular toy is no exception. The fine castings set these toys apart from the rest. This toy measures approx. 20-1/2" long. The wagon is a combination of a pressed steel floor, and cast iron stakes, bumpers and seat. Original cast iron driver. Overall in excellent condition for this early toy. Some great looking wooden barrels in the back. A neat toy - don't miss.
