Lionel # 1464W Postwar Union Pacific Set w/ 2033 2421 2422 2423 (DAKOTApaul)

Here is a great looking Lionel postwar set from 1951 - No. 1464W, which features the silver with gray roof No. 2033 UNION PACIFIC twin AA diesel engines. The engine pulls some silver with gray roof and stripe lighted passenger cars - (2) the No. 2422 Chatham, and the No. 2423 Hillside Observation car. This set features Magna-traction on the engine with silhouetted passengers in the cars.

Overall the set is in good condition. When tested the Engine lights up and runs smoothly in forward and reverse. Battery compartment clean. Both aprons are nice and strong with no breaks or cracks. Decals are original and in decent condition. All steps present. Wear is a pictured with some scratches and marks. The non-powered unit lights up. The cars are also conditioned as pictured, with wear and marks. No breaks or cracks. Clean bottoms and trucks. The roof on the Observation is a repainted silver roof. Only one car lights up.
