Rare Large IVES Cast Iron "Cannonball Train" Engine Circa. 1893 - WOW!

Here is a wonderful looking toy that you won't see very often. This is the IVES 'Cannonball Train' Steam Engine and Tender - produced in 1893. It that time, it claimed itself to be the largest train ever made - as the Engine itself measures 14-5/8" long. Tender is 9-1/2" long. Just look at the size comparison to a smaller cast iron floor Engine in the last picture (this is for the Engine and Tender only). Wow, this is a beautiful engine - and displays very well. All original paint in great shape. Only issue is a front broken headlight, other than that no other breaks or cracks. All wheels present, and side rods. Tender is also very nice. Pictures tell the story well, and please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

Price: $700 SORRY! SOLD!
