Lionel No. 1766, 1767 1768 Standard Gauge Transitional Passenger Cars

Here is a wonderful set of prewar Lionel Standard Gauge Passenger Cars. This is the original passenger cars from "Washington Special" set from the 1930s. Would be paired with the darker grey 385E Engine. This set includes - the No. 1767 Baggage Car, the No. 1766 Coach, and the No. 1768 Observation -"IVES Transitional" cars. All done in terra-cotta with maroon roofs - brass trim.

This set is in excellent original condition - as seen in the photographs. The cars are really very clean. I only see some marks in the paint in a few areas (see close-up pics). And a little spidering in the middle of the observation roof. All of the handrails present. Trucks, wheels and bottoms look clean. A nice set for the collector. Don't miss.
