Lionel Set 758E Union Pacific Streamliner Set 752E 753 754 Aluminum

Here is a nice set of prewar Lionel "O" gauge City of Portland Union Pacific trains - the 3-car Set - No. 758E from 1934-36. The set consists of the aluminum 752E engine, a No. 753 coach, and the No. 754 observation car. Two vestibules. And, three original BOXES. As you can see in the pictures the condition is very good with some paint wear. The graphics are fairly strong with some rubs, marks, and paint nicks in general as seen in the pictures. When put on a test track the engine runs in both forward and reverse. Wheels on the trains are not chipped. Two of the boxes are very nice, complete with all flaps, the other is not correct for this set but is a 753 Coach box. Shows some wear. Overall, a nice looking set - not to be missed.
