High Grade LIONEL/ SEARS Set #8100W, 204 Loco 654 655 657 OB ++

Here is a wonderful high quality set of prewar Lionel "O" gauge trains from 1940. This is an uncatalogued set for Sears - No. 8100W. It includes the 2-4-2 No. 204 Locomotive with a No. O-2689WX Whistle Tender. It pulls the rubber stamped/ tuscan roof No. 654 boxcar, and gray Sunoco 654 Tank Car, and the No. 657 tuscan roof Caboose. All these have blacken journals and the simulated knuckle couplers. Also included is a 1041 Transformer, a Box with connecting ties, and lubricant, a 1940 Instruction sheet a RCS, and 8 pieces of curved track, and two sections of straight. All come in their original Boxes. Offering all together as pictured. Overall, the condition is outstanding. The Engine and tender look like new. Unfortunately, I could not get power to either, so presently it does not run. The freights cars are also like new. Beautiful and clean. RCS has brittle wires, transformer has not been tested. Boxes show some wear, with some minor tears and tape on some flaps. Overall, you won't be disappointed in the neat set. Don't miss. Thanks.
