High Grade Lionel 681LTS MASTER CARTON Set 1953 2671W

Here is an extremely rare Lionel 681LTS Master Carton Set from 1953. This set includes a high grade No. 681 locomotive with a No. 2671W Pennsylvania 12-wheel tender plus their original BOXES and INSERTS. Includes the rare MASTER CARTON with smoke pellets, tamper Instruction Sheet and Inspection slip. All that is pictured. I have only seen one of these master cartons from 1953. You will find the 1950 version with the orange ends, but rarely the blue printed version. This is a nice clean set. Loco is in near mint original condition - as seen in the pictures. It has been put on the track, and it runs well and the smoke unit functions. Beautiful patina. The tender is the 12-wheel No. 2671W with white PENNSYLVANIA. Also, is in like new condition. No breaks or cracks. The tender whistle works well. The 681 box is very nice for this box. One end flap has been repaired. The 2671W box is also very nice, brick-like with lining. The Master carton has one corner with a stain, and some minor writing, but nice and firm. I've included many photos for you to see all. Don't miss this for your collections.
