High Grade Lionel 226E Locomotive w/ 2226W Tender

Here is wonderful Lionel Prewar O Gauge Steam Locomotive - the Lionel "O" Gauge 2-6-4 No. 226E steam locomotive, with its matching No. 2226W Whistle Tender.  Engine measures 10-3/4" long not including the couplers. I would call this set in excellent plus condition - as seen in the pictures below. Shows very little run time and wear. great looking patina. The tender has the silver rubber stamped version, with blackened journals, and is a beautiful example. The engine has been tested and it runs well in forward and reverse and cycles beautifully.
