Lionel Postwar O Gauge No. 2239W Illinois Central F3 Set w/2363

Here is a fairly hard set of Lionel Postwar O gauge Trains to find. This is Set No. 2239W from 1955. The Set consists of No. 2363 Illinois Central F3 AB unit. It is pulling the No. 6464-125 NYC Pacemaker Box Car, the No. 6414 Auto Loader with (4) Automobiles, the No. 6672 Black Lettered Santa Fe Reefer, and the No. 6517 Illuminated Bay Window Caboose. Comes with individul boxes and the hard-to-find SET BOX. All that is pictured.

Overall the set looks in excellent shape - but I will detail specifics on each item. The Illinois Central A Unit is in excellent condition - a nice complete shell with only minimal wear. Number boards intact. A paint rub on the nose. Clean battery compartment. The Engine ran in forward and reverse when tested. It's Box has "B" marked on the end. In excellent shape, and is complete with all flaps. Still sealed on one end. The B unit has a couple small marks on th roof but overall is very nice. It's box is missing an end flap, the other flap is incomplete and has some tape and tape residue. Also, marked "B" on the end flap. The No. 6414 Evans Loader automobile car is complete with all four cars. However, some of the cars have a chipped bumper, one missing a bumper, some bumpers discolored, and one missing a wheel. Has its original box, missing both coupler flaps, and some tape residue. The No. 6464-125 N.Y.C. Box car has some scratches in the print. Has original box in good shape. No. 6672 Santa Fe reefer looks excellent. Box is missing flap on one end. The No. 6517 bay window caboose is in excellent condition. Has original box. The Set box is in very nice condition for this box. Hard to find complete. A great set of trains for your collections. Don't miss, and please ask any questions. All the pictures should be clear as to condition. Thanks.
