Lionel #253 Electric Loco w/ 610 610 612 Terra-Cotta Passengers

What a neat set of Lionel prewar "O" gauge trains! Here is a Lionel No. 253 Terra-cotta Electric Locomotive with maroon frame and cream windows - pulling (3) terra-cotta/maroon 613, 613, 614 passenger cars. Makes up Set #138E. Not often seen in these colors, this makes a great looking set of trains. These are in excellent condition foir their age, and I believe the pictures tell the story. The engine was put on a test track, and it did not run, just a clicking sound. Wheels turn freely. All looks in good shape, but will need some care. Wheels are original and are in good shape. Original paint, showing some scratches. The cars all look extremely nice with only minor wear. Particularly on the roof of the observation. All handrails present. I see one missing journal. Bottoms and wheels clean. Please ask any questions. A nice set of Lionel trains.
