Rare Lionel No 227 Prewar 0-6-0 Switcher w/ 2227B Tender +BOXES

Here is a nice all original Lionel prewar No. 227 0-6-0 PRR semi-scale Switcher with its tender No. 2227B. Comes with its original BOXES and a wrap for the engine. The number 227 is cast in the boiler front plate. The tender is marked "2227B" on the bottom. Overall, these are in excellent condition - as seen in the pictures below. The engine was put on a test track and it did not run. Will need some TLC. Wheels move freely. The tender's bell did ring when tested. Nice graphics on both with minor wear. There is a slight ding on the back right corner of the cab. Hardly noticible but I believe its there. Also, tender missing coupler pin, and plug wires are frayed. Engine box has original insert and wrap. Outside label is worn on one half. Some skinning on both. I believe the pictures tell the story, however, if you have any questions let me know. Thanks.
