Set of (4) Lionel Prewar 2623 Manhattan Heavyweight Madison Passenger Cars OBs

Here is a nice group of (4) late prewar Lionel No. 2623 Madison Cars.  A nicely matched set that is all original, and comes with their BOXES and INSERTS. Hard to find in this condition.  Overall these look excellent - as seen in all the pictures. Some minor wear to the roofs, and some oxidation on a few wheels. Three of the cars have all their steps intact. One car is missing two steps. Bottoms and trucks look nice and clean. Three of the cars light up nicely. The other needs its wires reattached. Vestibules original to the cars. The Boxes show wear. A couple of end flaps missing, as well as some interior flaps. Some tape and staining. Original inserts. A nicely matched set - don't miss.
