Hubley Nickeled "Eagle" Tandem Horse Drawn Fire Ladder Wagon

Here is a wonderful looking early cast iron horse drawn Fire toy from Hubley. This is their top-of-the-line nickel plated "Eagle" Fire Ladder Wagon. This is being pulled by a tandem of four horses. Two nickel plated, and the other two painted black. Has a fantastic overall look. This ladder wagon has a finely cast eagle with spread wings holding an American shield emblazoned on each side. Horses are in great original condition - including the harder nickeled versions. Measures a large 43" long. I have not seen this listed before, so I am assuming that someone built the front hitch, and attached it to the back hitch. It looks great! Small hairline from the back left rivet, otherwise, no other breaks or cracks. You won't see this toy very often in this kind of condition. Buy with confidence, and please ask any questions. Thanks.
